Users can access Wellable's platform via a web browser or through its mobile app. Wellable's mobile app is available for both iOS and Android phones. Users have access to all the same features and functionality in the mobile app as they do in the web-based platform.

Wellable Points are awarded for all activities and healthy behaviors that are eligible for a program. This "common currency" allows you to track and measure performance across dissimilar wellness activities, such as physical activity, nutrition, and community-specific events.

Activities can be tracked through app and device integrations (Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, etc.) or by directly logging activity into Wellable. Activities linked to Wellable modules (e.g., watching an educational video) are automatically logged in Wellable once completed.

Wellable allows activities to be manually tracked and logged directly from your Wellable user account.

We understand that circumstances change, and you may no longer need your HNC Wellcore subscription. You can cancel your subscription by: 1) Logging into your account. Go to “My Subscriptions” and find your active membership. Click on “Cancel Subscription”, or 2) Send an email to hncwellcore@hernexxchapter.org with the subject line “Subscription Cancellation”. Be sure to include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and the reason for cancelling your membership. If you are requesting a refund, please also indicate this in your email. Cancellation Policy Cancellations submitted will be processed within 2 business days. Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Refund Policy If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of your billing cycle, you are eligible for a full refund. Any cancellation after the 7-day period will not be refunded. You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your billing cycle. Please note that refund processing may take up to 5 business days.
